A joint Help Desk has been set up to support the PPS Decision Support system and the Student Information System (SIS) system (aka Banner). When you call the Help Desk, request to speak with the PPS Decision Support team. Any specific question concerning the data, the representatives in the central administrative offices are still the best resource for answering your data-related questions.
